Legal – Affiliate Disclosure

In 2015, the Federal Trade Commission released its new rules for Disclosure Compliance. These rules are set in place to ensure that readers or viewers of web media (blogs, YouTube videos, etc.) know if the blogger/presenter is sponsored, endorsed, or partnered with a different company. In blog terms, the readers need to know if the blogger is making money by sharing a link or product.

In compliance with the FTC guidelines, please assume that any or all of the links at LimitlessLivingLounge.com are affiliate links,  from which we might receive a small compensation from any sales derived from clicking on such links, at no additional cost to you.

What are affiliate links?

Purchases are made on external affiliate company websites: When a reader clicks on an affiliate link located on LimitlessLivingLounge.com to purchase an item, the reader buys the item from the seller directly (not from LimitlessLivingLounge.com). The seller, such as Amazon and / or other companies, may pay LimitlessLivingLounge.com a small commission (at no additional cost to you) or other compensation for promoting their website or products through their affiliate program.

Prices are exactly the same for you if your purchase is through an affiliate link or a non-affiliate link. You will not pay more by clicking through to the link.

What about sponsored content?

Generally, any content made in reference with a product or service is provided as personal opinion or experience from the actual use of said product or service, with no bias.  The product mentioned may contain an associated affiliate link.  This link does not represent endorsement or association with the company that renders the product or service. Any commissions derived from purchases made from such links merely represent a finder’s fee, for linking the buyer to the seller through our medium, not for any promotional efforts.

None-the-less, any sponsored content will be clearly labeled as such at the beginning of the content.
